Hacona C Type table top impulse heat sealers are a renowned premium quality robust and reliable heat sealer offering great value for money, with sealing bar lengths from 220 mm to 820 mm. The C-type table top heat sealers are very easy to operate and require minimal working space.
Available in powder coated extruded aluminium (C-Type) and anodised aluminium (CI-type) all with adjustable sealing time. All C–Type impulse heat sealing machines have an integrated safety cutting knife system to trim the rest of the poly bag above the seal as standard. The cutting knife can also be used to produce bags from layflat tubing.
With no mechanical switches they give optimum reliability and the sealing wire tensioning units help maintain a consistent 2.5mm seal. The extruded body and arm construction increases strength and rigidity with the anodised aluminium construction being suitable for use within food handling and corrosive environments
C-type Heat Sealers, Spare Parts & Accessories
Hacona S Type heat sealing is the for more heavy duty environments than the C Type machine for more demanding situations. The S Type machine is again like the C Type very easy to operate and can be customised to streamline you heat sealing operation.
Accessories include bag supports available in 2 lengths, bespoke stands and conveyor systems for easier handling of heavier bagged products.
With a standard single seal of 5mm options are available for double seals etc to provide extra security should it be needed for you heat sealed bagged product.
A specially developed sealing wire tensioning system ensures that the sealing wires are constantly tensioned at any sealing temperature at the right level, this a long life and greater wear resistance for the sealing wire and PTFE coating
